عوامل موثر بر مکان‌یابی بنگاه‌های صنعتی از دیدگاه رفتارگرایان: مدل لوجیت/ پروبیت

چکیده

موفقیت اقتصادی یک بنگاه صنعتی نه تنها در گرو کارایی تکنیکی و اقتصادی آن است، بلکه به مکان استقرار فعالیت مورد نظر نیز بستگی دارد. عوامل موثر بر محل استقرار بنگاه‌های صنعتی را می‌توان از سه دیدگاه نئوکلاسیک‌ها، نهادگرایان و رفتارگرایان مورد بررسی قرار داد. از دیدگاه نئوکلاسیک‌ها و نهادگرایان مهم‌ترین عوامل موثر بر مکان‌ بنگاه‌ها، عوامل بیرونی بنگاه مانند نزدیکی به زیربناها، دسترسی به نیروی کار ماهر، هزینه‌های حمل‌ونقل، مالیات و ... است، در حالی که از دیدگاه رفتارگرایان عوامل درونی بنگاه مانند اندازه، مالکیت، نوع صنعتی که بنگاه در آن به فعالیت مشغول است مورد تاکید می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف اصلی بررسی عوامل موثر بر مکان‌یابی بنگاه‌های صنعتی از دیدگاه رفتارگرایان طراحی شده است.
تمام بنگاه‌های صنعتی جدیدی که طی دوره زمانی 1389-1380 در استان یزد تاسیس شده‌اند داده‌های این پژوهش را تشکیل می‌دهند. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که بنگاه‌های خصوصی تمایل داشته‌اند تا در نزدیکی شهرهای بزرگ مستقر شوند. این در حالی است که بنگاه‌های با اندازه بزرگ و متوسط تمایل دارند دور از شهرها مستقر ‌شوند. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد، مشوق‌های دولتی از جمله عوامل موثر بر مکان‌یابی بنگاه‌های صنعتی به شمار رفته و می‌تواند به عنوان ابزار سیاست‌گذاری برای هدایت بنگاه‌ها به دیگر شهرها تلقی شود.

چکیده [English]

Economic successful of a firm depends on not only to technical and economic efficiency but it also depends on location of firm. Effective factors on industrial firm location can analyze from Neoclassical, Institutional and behavioral approaches. From Neoclassical and Institutional view, Effective factors are external factors like proximity to infrastructure, availability to labor, transportation cost, and taxation and so on. While behavioral view confirms role of inter factors of firm like size, type of industry and so on. Therefore, this study mainly tries to survey the factors that effect on industrial firm location with respect to behavioral approaches. All of new industrial firm that established during 1380-1389 in Yazd province are data of this study. The results of this study indicate large, labor- intensive and privacy firms are located near large cities. Government’s incentives cause firms not located in large cities and move to location that there are government’s incentives. Also, firms in first stages of cycle of production are located in large cities.
