Abstract

This paper investigated the environmental consequences of Energy Consumption and Industrial Exports in Iranian Industries sub-sectors during 1374-1386, using FMOLS method. We use the CO2 emission in sub-sectors as a proxy of environment quality. The results show that the elasticity of CO2 emission respected to energy consumption and industrial exports in industrial sub-sectors is positive and less than unit. But, the comparison of these elasticitiesshows that the share of energy consumption in environment pollution is very more than industrial exports.
