Type of review: This journal employs a double-blind peer review system, meaning that during the review process, the identity of the reviewers is concealed from the authors, and the identity of the authors is concealed from the reviewers. Authors have the right to notify the Editor-in-Chief at the time of submission if they have a potential conflict of interest and do not wish their manuscript to be reviewed by a specific reviewer. No manuscript will be rejected in the review process without receiving negative feedback from at least two independent reviewers.
